All ninety days, in one place
Find the day you're on. Each one takes three minutes to read and gives you something to do tonight.
How to use this index
Ninety days is not a finish line — it's a container. The plan gives your healing a shape so that on the nights you can't think, you don't have to. Each day in the index takes three minutes to read: what you'll likely feel, why today specifically is harder or easier, and one thing to do before bed.
Two ground rules while you're here. First, don't binge ahead — reading day 60 while you're on day 4 just feeds the part of you that's negotiating. Read today, and maybe yesterday to see how far the feeling has already moved. Second, if you broke the streak — texted him, checked his profile, answered the call — don't restart from day 1. Come back to today's page and keep going. The count matters less than the direction.
The days are grouped in phases: the first two weeks are about surviving the acute shock, weeks three through eight are the swing — the stretch where most women almost text him — and the last stretch is where you start building a life that isn't organized around the waiting. The stage label on each card tells you which phase you're in.
